Sweet temptation!
Recipe for truffles
A very easy recipe with inexpensive ingredients. I made them so that my husband treats his colleagues for his name-day and nobody believed there were homemade. Try them, its worth it.
Ingredients for 40 pieces (3 cm diameter)
400gr chocolate coating ( I use 3 different types: black, white and milk chocolate)
360 gr milk cream
100gr butter
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 packet pettit beurre cookies
1 tablespoon of rum, brandy, cognac ( I use HavanaClub black)
chocolate truffle pieces
Directions:
In low heat we beat milk cream with chocolate coating, butter and sugar until chocolate melts. When it melts we take off from fire and we add the biscuits that we have already grinded in multi. We blend all the ingredients and we put the mixture in a bowl in the fridge, in order to cool, so we can easily mold it in small balls. In another bowl we drop the truffle pieces and we roll the balls inside, so the truffle sticks on them. We put them in paper cases.
