Spaghetti with meat balls

It's not burgers, it's not spaghetti with minced meat ... it's meat balls! If you're bored of cooking the same things all the time, fool them with this recipe. Tasty!!!
Ingredients ( for 4 people):
500gr miskotini
500gr minced meat
200gr bread
1 grated onion
some mint
some chopped parsley
1 big grated tomato
1 egg
olive oil
some flour
200gr chopped gruyere
salt, pepper, oregano
For the sauce:
3-4 spoons of soup tomato puree
1 chopped tomato
1 grated onion
1 glass olive oil
salt, pepper, sugar,oregano,
cinnamon, nutmeg, clove
Directions:
We start by making the sauce. We sauteed the onion in the oil for 2-3 minutes and then we add the tomato, the tomato puree, the oregano, salt, pepper, some sugar and some of each spice. We poor one glass of water and let it stew until our sauce is ready. We put the bread in a bowl with water to soak and then we wring it. We mix the minced meat with the bread, the onion, the mint, the parsley, the tomato, the oil, the egg, salt, pepper, and some oregano. We knead the mixture and we make small balls. We cover the balls with flour and fry them. We put them in the sauce for 4-5 minutes and turn off the heat. We boil the spaghetti in a pot with salt. We strain them and mix them with two tablespoons of olive oil. We serve the spaghetti with the meatballs on a platter and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
